• The Effective Therapist Scale

Based on a 2006 research study conducted by the American Psychological Association which focused not on theories or modality methods, but on the practitioner. The conclusion was that the practitioner was vital in the effectiveness of therapy.

It is important to have a great tool, but greater is the practitioner of the tool. Rate each item on a scale from 1-10, where 10 is extremely good and 1 is lacking in effectiveness.
